Our Team

A baking consultant & Free From specialist from the UK. He’s been a baker for more than 35 years. Has successfully built & sold many businesses in his career. His clients are some of the leading names in the UK, Europe & North America eg. M&S Food, Waitrose, Tesco, Subway. His recipes have won numerous awards in the UK & Ireland for his clients. He’s mastered the difficult art of replicating without losing the taste.

THOMAS

Responsible for all on site aspects of sales, logistics and supply chain operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.

GAURAV

Bhagyashree loves to create and launch new and exciting content for Sprinng Foods across various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. She loves exploring new cuisines and outside work also, she loves exploring new cuisines and listening to old Hindi music.

Bhagyashree

A food entrepreneur and former executive from Mumbai. With over 18 years of quality corporate experience under his belt, long stints at media giant Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd and retail leader Future Group, he brings great market and domain expertise to the mix. In the course of his career, he’s helped build some pretty cool, pioneering brands like Foodhall, Planet M & Times FM. Co-founder of gourmet website, Foodesto.com* since 2012.

A food technologist responsible for maintaining highest possible quality standards of every product and meeting professionals to create awareness about sprinng foods.

Zohra

Tania Behl, a former production designer for film and television, took a sabbatical from the profession to follow her passion for cooking and baking. She enrolled herself at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in London and completed the Grand Diploma in French cuisine and patisserie. After returning back to Mumbai, she spent the last couple of years setting up her bespoke pastry business - ‘The Dessert Co by Tania’. Her aim now is to push the envelope by adding to the line of designer desserts - by creating gourmet savouries and snacks.

With an experience of more than 13 years in Accounting he is responsible for all end-to-end financial and HR matters including banking relations, cash management, insurance, facilities, and accounting.

Responsible for all financial and HR matters including banking relations, cash management, insurance, facilities, accounting, client services, order processing/production,and selection of company's group health insurance plan.
